In this role, you will play a pivotal part in preparing detailed financial analyses, supporting reporting initiatives, and delivering actionable insights to guide decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across various departments and contribute to the firm’s overall financial operations.Responsibilities:• Develop comprehensive financial reports and analyses using accounting systems, report-writing tools, and Microsoft Excel.• Assist with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, financial statement reviews, and ad-hoc analyses.• Collaborate with internal teams to complete high-priority external surveys and deliver accurate data.• Partner with the FP&A leadership team to understand priorities and provide guidance to entry level analysts.• Lead and manage ad hoc projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.• Gain a deep understanding of the firm’s financial systems and operations to act as a subject matter expert.• Leverage tools such as Excel, Power Query, and Tableau to generate accurate and actionable financial insights.• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team’s objectives.
