Job Description

• Base Salary of $50K + Uncapped Commission/Bonuses (average 1st year OTE $80-110K!)
• Tempe, AZ
• Multiple openings

• Property & Casualty General Lines License is required; OR, must be able to pass the state licensing exam and obtain active P&C License prior to starting (cost is covered by company)

• Prior experience is preferred BUT not required (will consider recent college graduates!)
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced call center environment
• Inside Sales or Insurance experience is NOT required
• Must be a quick learner, driven, coachable and outgoing with a strong work ethic
• 3+ Week Training Program!

Overview

We are seeking self-motivated and driven Inside Sales Agents to join our team and provide quotes, close leads, and retain relationships.

• Engage with pre-qualified prospects, both inbound and outbound calls, in an inside sales call center environment.
• Advise clients on the benefits of various policies as well as tailoring insurance packages to meet their specific needs.
• Track client data through Salesforce CRM system.
• Build a book of business utilizing a consistent flow of qualified leads.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty Insurance License (Preferred) or passing the state licensing exam prior to starting is required
• 1 year of experience in inside sales or a call center environment is preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED!
• Related experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Experience with managing customer relationships
• Experience with CRM systems
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take feedback
• Team-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit and a problem-solving mentality
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
