We're a husband-and-wife team who came into the insurance industry with zero prior insurance experience. Before Sphinx, Chris had a background in Global and Medical Sales, while Kristen was a Registered Nurse and Elementary School Teacher. We understand what it's like to start in a completely new industry, which is one reason training, mentorship, and agent support are such an important part of our culture.

About the role

Working remotely using your phone and computer, you'll meet with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.

You'll help clients understand their options, recommend coverage based on their individual needs, and build meaningful relationships as you develop your book of business.

As independent brokers, our agents have access to products from multiple insurance carriers, allowing them to help clients find coverage that best fits their individual needs rather than being limited to the products of a single company.

What You'll Help Clients With

You'll help clients protect their families, futures, and legacies through solutions including Mortgage Protection, Term and Whole Life Insurance, Final Expense products, Retirement planning, and Advanced Market products including Indexed Universal Life Products (IUL’s) as well as Annuities.

Earning Potential

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity with commission based compensation.

Many full-time agents earn between $60,000-$150,000+ annually, while experienced top producers may earn significantly more.

• Access to a computer, personal phone, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace for meeting with clients remotely
• A Life & Health Insurance License is required before working with clients. If you're not yet licensed, we will guide you through the entire licensing process.
• Must be able to qualify to obtain a US Resident State Life & Health Insurance license (clear background check- no felonies or recent bankruptcies).
• Applicant must be a US Citizen with a US address for licensing and insurance carrier requirements
